Pauli Esro Rantasalmi (born 1 May 1979 in Helsinki) is the guitar player of the Finnish band The Rasmus. He co-owns the record label Dynasty Recordings with Lauri Ylönen, who is the singer in the band. Together they have also produced one of the Finnish band Killer's album before they split.  |

He's so much fun on stage too. It's so easy to interact with him, which is awesome. I love bands that really get you into the music because they are into the music. It makes concerts so much better.

I love Pauli. He's so loveable like a big teddy bear. At least that's what he felt like when I gave him a hug ;D I think I actually sighed when I did that.
